Dear ALBC Family,
I hope that 2017 is off to a great start for you! As a family of six, we are finding our new normal and so thankful for all of the meals, checking in on us and offers to help. You are a wonderful church family to us!
I am excited about what God has in store for ALBC this year! Our elder board welcomes John LoRusso to the board as Jeff Cassano's term has ended. I am thankful for John's leadership at our church through the greeting team and small groups. He will certainly be a valuable asset to our team as we seek to following God's plan for ALBC. Thanks also to Jeff for faithfully serving this term as elder and for his continued service as Business Manager.
This Sunday, CMS is having an Open House immediately following our second service. If you are at that service and are able to lend a hand in quickly putting away our equipment and supplies, I would greatly appreciate it.
On February 3-4, the ladies of ALBC have an incredible opportunity to be a part of the IF:Gathering. This worldwide movement of women meets each to seek God's face. Our local gathering, IF:Pottstown, is being held at Parkerford Church and several ALBC ladies are a part of planning it. Men, let me encourage you to make it possible for your wives to attend this powerful weekend simulcast. It is from 7-10 p.m. on Friday night and 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturday. Space is limited, so be sure to register here: https://register.ifgathering.com/event/ifpottstown
Looking forward to being together this Sunday as we begin our new series on spiritual warfare: "Overcoming the Darkness." Please be in prayer as we go into the series together.
See you Sunday!
