ALBC Newsletter

Hi ALBC Family!

In less than a week, our family will be traveling to visit our Ethiopian daughter.  It is a long trip, so we are asking for a lot of prayer surrounding it.  We are super excited to get to meet Ruby for the first time, but know that leaving her to come home will be hard.  Please continue to pray that we will be given a court date.  Even if it is after the courts close on August 5th, knowing when we will be returning will help make that good-bye easier.

Grace Place is a ministry of ALBC that means a lot to all of us, because we love the kids that God has blessed our church with.  At this time, we are in need of two more teachers to teach for one month of each quarter during the 9 a.m. service:  one for our preschool class and one for the 2nd-3rd grade class.  Please contact Justina Morrow if you would like to serve in this way at

This Saturday morning, July 30th, I will be meeting with the men of ALBC for a time of prayer.  It is at Buckman's Inc. (105 Airport Road, Pottstown 19464).  Please join us for a great time together before our Father's throne.

During our Sunday services, we will be hearing from Wendy Egolf about what God is doing through The Salvation Army in Pottstown.  We will also be celebrating communion together, so please plan on joining us for this important time together.

On Sunday afternoon, at 4:30 p.m., we will be having our annual church picnic at Warwick Park (382 County Park Road, Pottstown 19465).  ALBC will be supplying the main dish, but we ask that you bring a side or dessert.  If you haven't yet RSVP'd, please respond to the Facebook event or e-mail Liz Presutti at  I can't wait to just enjoy being together!

See you Sunday,
Pastor Randy
